Job Title: Technical Applications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Applications Manager to join our team at Willcox Matthews Ltd. As a Technical Applications Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth through new business development and sales.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience in new business development and formal sales training. You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. You will also be accountable for margin management and on-site team testing for new products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Manage existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Accountable for margin management and on-site team testing for new products
Requirements:
  • Formal sales training and experience in new business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
