Restorative Justice Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Restorative Justice Practitioner to join our team in Thames Valley. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support to victims of crime and promoting restorative justice practices.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver restorative justice practices, including direct and indirect processes, to support victims of crime.
- Work closely with victims, offenders, and other stakeholders to promote healing and reparation.
- Assess, update, and mitigate risk, including risk information held by partner agencies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including victims, offenders, and community groups.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of restorative justice policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advisory skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of restorative justice principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Experience of working within a multi-agency framework and managing complex caseloads.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies, including the Data Protection Act.
