Job Title:
Receptionist/AdministratorLocation: South BristolSalary: £23,000Hours: Monday
  • Thursday 9am 5pm, Friday 9am 4pm
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Bristol Commercial in South Bristol. As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will be responsible for greeting and booking in clients, handling all post and franking mail, and booking and returning client records. You will also be responsible for binding client accounts, filing and archiving old files, shredding documents, and managing Confirmation Statements and Contract Engagement Letters. Additionally, you will be responsible for chasing clients for missing records and information, submitting Self-Assessment Tax Returns, Company Tax Returns, and Accounts to Government offices, and ordering stationery. You will also be responsible for cleaning the coffee machine and offering beverages to clients, and managing all incoming calls. If you have prior experience with the Iris system, that is an advantage, though training will be provided. We are looking for a friendly and adaptable individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. You will be working alongside Mandy, a lovely and friendly colleague who will make sure you feel supported and can enjoy your workday. Responsibilities:
