**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide level 1 and level 2 support to clients within London and the EMEA region
* Work with a team to ensure clients' business applications are running smoothly
* Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues
* Participate in on-going training to stay up-to-date with new technologies

**Requirements**

* Recent Graduate with an IT-related degree (Computer Science preferred)
* Good experience/knowledge with Linux command lines
* Keen to work in a Support role
