Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

Location: Godalming, Surrey, UK

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £30,160.00 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our front of house areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the smooth operation of front of house areas, including the dining rooms, bars, and reception areas
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members
  • Contribute to the development of new menus and services
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
