Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our front of house team and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the front of house team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Ensure that all front of house areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Monitor and control the flow of guests through the front of house areas.
  • Manage and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food is served promptly and to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
