Are you a dedicated and skilled Theatre Nurse seeking a new opportunity? Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Theatre Nurse to join a leading healthcare provider specializing in eye care. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £40,000, which is negotiable based on your experience.
This is a permanent position with a favorable work-life balance, featuring shifts of 4 days a week from 7:30 AM to 6 PM, primarily Monday to Friday, with the possibility of an occasional Saturday shift. The clinic operates from 7 AM to 7 PM, allowing for some flexibility in your working hours.
In this role, you will work in a modern clinic equipped with advanced technology, supporting surgeons and the healthcare team in various eye care procedures within the theatre. • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • A minimum of 6 months of theatre experience post-registration in a hospital or clinic setting.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
