Location: Eastgate Shopping Centre
Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off, 42 hours per week
Pay Rate: £12.29 per hour
ABM UK is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to manage the delivery of security contracts at Eastgate Shopping Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of security personnel
- Ensure the security and safety of public areas, service yards, common areas, and back-of-house areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the estate
- Recruit, train, and develop security team members
- Implement and update assignment instructions and risk assessments
- Ensure clear and effective communication with key stakeholders
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a security environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and a focus on customer care
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and fire prevention procedures
- Dual license would be desirable
