This role will involve overseeing the establishment of new facilities, upgrading essential infrastructure such as HVAC and communication systems, and transitioning from manual to automated processes in production.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, Validation, Planning, and Environmental Health & Safety.
  • Oversee complex projects utilizing a structured project management approach to ensure milestones are met while adhering to time, quality, and budget constraints.
  • Facilitate communication of project updates with relevant internal departments and site leadership.
  • Assume full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring all objectives are achieved.
  • Specific tasks include: planning project activities, managing financial budgets, and conducting regular meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Supervise external contractors to ensure project standards are met.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee purchasing processes through the SAP system.
  • Ensure comprehensive schedule and cost management.
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance and Validation teams on site.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • A degree in Project Management or Engineering is preferred.
  • Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment is essential.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
  • Strong understanding of structured project management principles, engineering, design, procurement, safety, construction, and installation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.

Contract Details:
Outside IR35, with potential for hybrid work arrangements.
