About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our team at Sanderson Solutions. As a key member of our Operations & Implementation Director's team, you will lead a small Project Support team and be responsible for ensuring implementation excellence for both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through the timely and quality implementation of new services.
  • Oversee the successful migration of contractors and suppliers, while identifying and mitigating risks and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Lead and deliver projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of work streams.
  • Monitor project governance and controls, ensuring all documentation is completed and communicated.
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers, suppliers, external parties, and contractors.
Requirements
  • Project Management qualification (Prince/agile/sprint/lean or equivalent)
  • Previous experience leading the implementations of multiple RPO's and MSP's
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Windows applications – Outlook, Word, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
