About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Partner to join our global finance team at Victrex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to support the delivery of timely and accurate analysis, forecasts, and reports to the Senior Finance Team, Victrex Management Team, and the wider business.

The role offers a unique blend of financial planning, analysis, and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement. As a Financial Planning & Analysis Partner, you will be responsible for providing reliable and insightful data, commentary, and analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide high-quality financial planning and analysis support to the Senior Finance Team and Victrex Management Team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Business Intelligence: Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions to drive business insights and improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including finance, operations, and management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Financial Planning and Analysis Skills: Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial statements and financial information.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop financial models and forecasts to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Business Intelligence: Experience in developing and implementing business intelligence solutions to drive business insights and improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
