About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Auditor to join our team at RBH Hotels UK LTD. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our hotel's financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit room rates and charges, reconcile and balance revenues generated as per night audit checklist.
  • Work closely with the Night Manager and Front Office Manager to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Utilize up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, and demonstrate knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and a positive guest experience.
