About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and email marketing.
  • Develop engaging marketing initiatives such as newsletters, blogs, awards, and social media content.
  • Lead conversion analytics and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and enhance user experience.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, including the website, app, and marketing materials.
  • Report on key performance metrics, focusing on customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and return on investment.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management platforms, particularly HubSpot and Braze.
  • Skilled in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Proficient with design tools such as Canva and Figma.
  • Strong academic background with an understanding of user experience principles and brand consistency.
What We Offer

Salary on offer is up to £33,000 with a 10% bonus, dependent on performance and experience. We also offer stunning offices with excellent transportation links.
