The Role
We are seeking full and part-time Care Support staff to join our team in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Care Support Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides a range of services, including:
- Delivering high-quality care and support to residents with varying needs
- Assisting with personal care, dressing, and undressing
- Providing refreshments, meals, and snacks as required
- Supporting residents with mental health conditions and physical health needs
- Assisting with medication administration, following training on our eMAR system
Responsibilities
As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Working collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centered care
- Conducting regular checks on residents to ensure their needs are met
- Supporting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with meal preparation and serving
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Language
This role requires fluency in English (en-US).
