Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving technical and application problems in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Skills

  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange, with experience in configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • An analytical mind, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • An ability to follow processes and procedures, with strong documentation skills.
