Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and an aptitude for resolving issues to take on the position of Complaint Co-ordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in our efforts to address customer grievances promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

In this newly established position, you will:

  • Document customer complaints meticulously and conduct comprehensive investigations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to identify complaint trends and propose enhancements to improve the overall customer experience.

On a daily basis, you will manage customer complaints through various channels, ensuring that each interaction is documented thoroughly. Keeping customers informed and addressing their concerns with empathy will be crucial, as will your commitment to continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a customer service complaint handling role, ideally within a multi-channel environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
