Mortgage Services Development Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our Mortgage Services team.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Mortgage Services Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to less experienced colleagues, while also achieving revenue and product sales targets as a Mortgage Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and develop less experienced colleagues to achieve their full potential.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Mortgage Advisors, providing guidance on sales and customer service best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and product sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services, with a strong background in mortgage sales and customer service.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services products and regulations, with a focus on mortgage and protection products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
