Director of Planning & Transformation Delivery

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic planning and transformation delivery efforts. As the Director of Planning & Transformation Delivery, you will be responsible for developing and executing our long-term strategic plans, ensuring they are translated into actionable projects that minimize execution risk and propel our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear roadmap that identifies critical decision points across various business areas, including product development, platform enhancements, supplier management, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee strategic projects, manage outsourced resources, and ensure that all initiatives align with our overall business strategy.
  • Design and deliver a strategic dashboard to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress updates to the Change Committee, Executive, and Board.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in strategic management, with expertise in long-term planning, performance metrics, and investment strategy.
  • Strong commercial acumen, critical thinking, and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive collaboration across the organization.
