Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Address technical support inquiries through various communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges related to Building Energy Management Systems, including hardware, software, and network components.
  • Assist clients in navigating troubleshooting processes, providing clear updates on issues encountered and resolutions achieved.
  • Accurately document all client interactions, technical challenges, and outcomes in our systems.
  • Elevate complex issues to the relevant teams while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Required

To be eligible for this position, it is preferable, though not mandatory, that you possess:

  • An HNC or equivalent experience in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Previous experience in a building services role within commercial environments, demonstrating knowledge of building systems and equipment.
  • Familiarity with the operation and purpose of Building Energy Management Systems.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering a collaborative atmosphere with all stakeholders, including clients and external service providers.
