- Generate sales that will offer potential continuous relationships and drive business growth.
- Ensure the most effective product solutions are provided to customers, meeting their needs and expectations.
- Measure up on-site for the supply of materials and ensure accurate quotes and delivery.
- Diary management and customer data management to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Follow up on quotes provided and materials supplied to ensure customer satisfaction.
- General customer liaison and gathering of feedback to improve our services and products.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the quarrying and processing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Practical know-how, including measuring and sketch drawing skills.
- Exceptional customer service ability, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services.
- Understanding and experience of quarrying and processing within quarrying, or similar, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Good IT skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and Mobile technology.
- Good team working ability, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Motivation, drive, and ambition to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Full, clean driving license.
