About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Sydney Brown Court in Hadleigh. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication administration.
  • Support customers with temporary or terminal illness, and help them to maintain their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with light domestic duties, such as bed making and laundry.
  • Support customers with social, physical, and mental stimulation activities, such as hobbies and recreation.

We are looking for a warm and friendly individual with a natural caring nature, a great sense of humour, and a positive energy that brings a smile to people's faces. You will be a great listener with a caring and supportive attitude, and you will want to make a difference every day.
