Job Title: Regional Account Manager

**Job Summary:**

ZEISS Vision Care is seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to drive revenue growth from existing national accounts and execute business plans in line with company budget and growth expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute business/training plans across defined territories to achieve revenue growth and meet company budget and growth expectations.
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with key customers and manage performance to drive business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional account management, influencing, and training skills, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ZEISS products and markets.
  • Develop and deliver training programs across key target stores in territories, catering to diverse audiences, including optometrists, dispensing opticians, optical consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead projects with internal teams, including supply, marketing, sales, finance, and customer service, to deliver budgeted activities on time and in full.
  • Utilize commercial dashboards and reporting to identify sales and product trends at customer level, ensuring maximum opportunity realization.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success and ROI in terms of sales and revenue generation.
  • Experience in optical retail sales.
  • Demonstrable optical training experience.
