About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hotel Nights Security Team member to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our Resort Safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff during their stay with us.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe and secure environment within the hotel, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This will involve conducting regular patrols of the hotel and surrounding areas, responding to any incidents or concerns, and working closely with other team members to resolve any issues that may arise.

You will also be required to work in accordance with Butlin's, SIA, and local licensing laws, and to provide first aid assistance to team members and guests as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the hotel and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Respond to incidents or concerns in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Work closely with other team members to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide first aid assistance to team members and guests as needed
  • Ensure compliance with Butlin's, SIA, and local licensing laws
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
