About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hotel Nights Security Team member to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our Resort Safety team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment within the hotel, conducting regular patrols and responding to any incidents or concerns. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and working collaboratively with other teams to achieve our goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong commitment to safety and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the hotel and surrounding areas to identify and mitigate potential safety risks
  • Respond to incidents and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve our safety and security goals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and safety concerns
Requirements

  • An SIA Door Supervisor licence
