Senior Insights Strategist - Global Insights Team

Location: Remote

Reports to: Insights Manager

About the Role: As a Senior Insights Strategist, you will be crucial in supporting the launch and ongoing operations of our global insights hub. Your expertise will be vital in utilizing AI to assess and enhance global advertising effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate the implementation and effective use of the new insights tool for global advertising assessment and enhancement.
  2. Establish best practices for the tool's application and become a recognized expert globally.
  3. Conduct analyses and generate reports on creative performance, identify trends, compile findings, and assist in integrating insights into campaign strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional creative and media teams to weave insights into broader marketing initiatives.
  5. Incorporate findings into wider human insights projects.
  6. Deliver findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
  7. Support initiatives to elevate the profile of the insights hub across Group M.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field).
  2. 2+ years of experience in a quantitative market research agency or a similar environment.
  3. Strong grasp of creative evaluation methodologies.
  4. Proficient in statistical analysis and familiar with AI applications in market research.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
