As a key member of our growth team, you'll take ownership of our acquisition channels, executing outbound marketing strategies, managing LinkedIn campaigns, and maintaining our contact database.

With a focus on continuous improvement and growth optimization, you'll prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly analyses, reporting, and recommendations to our leadership team.

Additionally, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and completion of conferences within designated timelines and budget constraints, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum impact.

Develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic environment, working closely with our wider growth team to drive business success and growth.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree a plus
  • Aspiration to become a world champion in a field or leader of the company of tomorrow
  • UK work permit (we do not sponsor visas)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns
  • Manage LinkedIn campaigns and maintain contact database
  • Prepare and present analyses, reporting, and recommendations
  • Oversee conference planning, execution, and completion
