Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional and practical support to individuals with complex needs, using person-centred approaches to enable them to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Administer medication, cook, clean, and support varied activities, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
  • Build robust relationships with individuals in our care, promoting independence and improving quality of life.
  • Empower individuals to learn new skills or pursue hobbies and interests, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
Person Specifications
  • Exceptional knowledge or experience working with individuals with Personality Disorders.
  • A Full UK driving licence is ideal, but not essential.
  • Experience within the care industry, ICSs, or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.
  • The ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude, good communication skills, and a compassionate, caring personality.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of supporting individuals at risk of self-harming.
  • Able to manage challenging behaviour and conflict, working well as part of a team and individually.
