We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Children's Social Worker to join our team at Bury Council. As a key member of our Children With Disabilities Team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with children and families to assess and address their needs
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to promote the well-being and safety of children
  • Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and families
  • Provide guidance and support to families to help them build on their strengths and achieve their goals
