Finance Business Partner

This is a unique opportunity to join Axon Moore Group Ltd as a Finance Business Partner, working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. As a key member of the central FP&A team, you will be responsible for providing commercial and operational insights to drive the division forward through financial analysis and detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial and Operational Insights: Provide financial analysis and detailed reporting to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage and nurture key stakeholder relationships with finance and non-finance managers.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Produce accurate analysis of business performance, identify risk, make recommendations, and formulate plans.
  • Business Intelligence: Provide key management and business intelligence data to the divisional management sales staff and leadership team.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships across various teams to influence, support, and drive execution where necessary.
  • Financial Insight and Support: Provide financial insight and support using financial and non-financial data and KPIs to challenge Finance and Operational teams.
  • Business Planning and Budgeting: Lead business planning and budgeting processes, working closely with the Group MDs and FP&A Manager.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified, or QBE with relevant experience.
  • Experience: Experienced in manipulating and presenting large complex data sets.
  • Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills, strong all-rounder with demonstrable track record in commercial analysis and evaluation and business planning/evaluation.
