Job Overview:

The Graduate Behaviour Assistant plays a crucial role in aiding students to effectively manage their conduct, offering support and direction as necessary. This position involves close collaboration with educational staff to apply behavioural strategies and interventions. The assistant will also track and document student behaviour, aiding in the formulation of personalized behaviour plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in behaviour management.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement behavioural strategies.
  • Monitor and report on student behaviour.
  • Contribute to the development of individual behaviour plans.
Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline is essential. Prior experience in an educational environment working with children or young adults is mandatory.

The Graduate Behaviour Assistant will primarily operate within a school setting, working alongside teachers, support personnel, and parents. The role may involve managing challenging behaviours and adapting to various situations as they arise.
