Our client, a leading reinforced concrete specialist in the London market, is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Director to join their team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company that is actively involved in the commercial, retail, and transportation/infrastructure sectors.

As a Health and Safety Director, you will be responsible for implementing and managing health and safety policies across multiple sites.

You will work closely with the HSE Director and have the opportunity to develop into a Regional HSE Manager role with the right level of effort and aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the HSE Director to develop and implement risk management strategies
  • Provide training and guidance to site staff on health and safety procedures
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent NVQ qualifications
  • Experience working with reinforced concrete structures or groundworks specialists
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
