Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Woodlands Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with meal times, including serving and feeding residents
  • Participate in care planning and implementation
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
