We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Supporting residents with their medication and healthcare needs
  • Encouraging residents to participate in activities and engage with their surroundings
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible care for our residents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a care capacity
  • An SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • The ability to work as part of a team and provide high-quality care to our residents

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £12.10 per hour, plus:

  • Contracted hours of 44 per week
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave
