As a Senior Consultant specializing in Personal Lines Pricing within the UK P&C Consulting Practice at WTW, you will collaborate with industry-leading experts to create and implement innovative solutions addressing pricing and underwriting challenges faced by top Personal Lines insurers globally.

In this position, your contributions will include:


• Enhancing Personal Lines pricing strategies and methodologies

• Conducting comprehensive reviews of pricing and underwriting capabilities and leading transformation initiatives

• Assisting in the development of robust Personal Lines pricing models, tools, and processes

• Crafting advanced management information (MI) and portfolio oversight capabilities

• Utilizing your market expertise to devise state-of-the-art solutions for Personal Lines pricing in partnership with diverse teams across WTW

• Introducing innovative data enrichment concepts to extract pricing insights and facilitating their execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

Establish a strong market presence as a representative and advocate for WTW's Personal Lines pricing consulting services and software solutions Foster trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders through effective communication and high-quality project execution Actively pursue diverse work opportunities to ensure a well-rounded skill set (technical, management, and client-focused) is maintained and enhanced Collaborate with colleagues from various practices and regions on assignments that address broader client business challenges Exhibit a commitment to WTW's professional standards in all written and analytical outputs and client communications

Thought Leadership

Develop new relevant propositions or refine existing ones in Personal Lines pricing, leveraging WTW's tools and extensive pricing intellectual property Lead or contribute to the enhancement of the company's intellectual capital, including strategies for market introduction Strive to build and enhance a public reputation in a chosen specialty through the creation of articles and presentations

Financial and Business Development

Achieve targets for billable hours and intellectual capital growth Craft and present proposals to prospective clients, illustrating the economic advantages of WTW's offerings Utilize existing network contacts to gain introductions to new prospects; work to cultivate advocates for the company's products and services

Team Collaboration

Build strong internal relationships and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams Serve as a mentor or manager to junior associates, fostering their professional development
