About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As the primary point of contact for our Pallet Networks site in Cullompton, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to resolve queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate daily service reports, conference calls, and IT system updates.
- Process customer invoices and manage customer relationships.
- Produce KPIs and daily statistics to track performance.
- Investigate and resolve stock issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with the vehicle maintenance team to plan servicing and repairs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Competitive salary range of £24,000pa to £26,000pa.
- Monday to Friday working hours, 06:00hrs to 15:00hrs.
