Role Overview:
We are seeking a Transit Standards Team Leader to join our Cleaning team, based at our client's site in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality audits and checks to ensure that mobile in-transit cleaning operatives are meeting the required standards.
- Coaching and Development: Identify and deliver coaching and development needs of in-transit operatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Reporting and Communication: Share findings and insights with the management team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to enhance in-transit standards, processes, and methods of work, maximizing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Operational Support: Provide feedback and coaching to in-transit staff as needed, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as an Auditor, Coach, Team Leader, or Supervisor is desirable, but not essential.
- Skills: Excellent customer service and people skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is required, with the ability to engage with and provide constructive feedback to the operative workforce.
- Leadership: Experience in supervising a team is essential, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence.
