Company Overview:
Maxwell Bond is seeking a Security Operations Team Lead to enhance our cyber security framework. This position is perfect for a seasoned professional looking to take on leadership duties while still engaging in technical tasks. The role requires a presence in the office three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Leadership: Provide direct support and guidance to the Security Operations Center (SOC) leveraging your technical expertise.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate daily operations and prioritize team tasks effectively.
- Incident Management: Oversee the incident response lifecycle from identification through to resolution.
- Security Oversight: Manage advanced security monitoring and analysis utilizing SIEM technologies.
- Risk Assessment: Perform vulnerability assessments and lead remediation efforts.
- Mentorship: Foster the development of junior team members through guidance and support.
- Process Optimization: Improve SOC workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Ensure alignment of security initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records and prepare reports for senior management.
