We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive product initiatives from inception through execution. Key Responsibilities
  • Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain the team's product roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind.
  • Feature Definition and Development: Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, and manage the backlog to ensure timely product launches.
  • Customer Engagement: Interview and interact with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met.
  • Initiative Prioritization: Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately, weighing tradeoffs and making informed decisions.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
Requirements
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Possess a data-informed work style, viewed through a compassionate lens of the user.
  • Product Passion: Demonstrate a passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences.
  • Industry Experience: Have experience shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrate leadership skills, taking initiative and producing results, while collaborating well with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
  • Education and Domain Knowledge: Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification preferred.
