About the Role:

As an Engineering Project Manager at BSI, you will be positioned at our advanced testing facility in Hemel Hempstead. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of engineering projects, engaging with internal teams, and ensuring the effective delivery of new testing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee turn-key projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements
  • Lead the design and execution phases of projects
  • Work in close partnership with contractors and service providers for project delivery
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and requirements
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management
  • Conduct project handover, including all necessary documentation

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Experience in managing technical projects
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects
  • Technical qualification in engineering or a related discipline
  • Project management certification
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication abilities
  • Capability to manage stakeholders and effectively control project costs
