As a key member of our team at Axiom Software Solutions Limited, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and communicating features for new functionality and existing systems.



**Key Responsibilities:**



* Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.



* Serve as a subject matter expert for business and functional domain knowledge, working closely with the Product Owner.



* Analyze requirements, create workflow charts and diagrams, and study system capabilities.



* Conduct data analysis, identify gaps in data quality, and map existing source data elements to new target solutions.



* Recommend controls to improve processes and maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.



* Contribute to agile ceremonies to ensure high velocity and document work in accordance with agreed standards.



**Essential Skills:**



* Prior experience as a Technical or Business Analyst.



* Excellent knowledge of industry trends in the Financial Crime Screening domain.



* End-to-end knowledge across one or more areas, including Transaction Monitoring, CDD Screening, and Data.



* Good understanding of customer and payment journeys in Compliance and risk domains.



* Experience in Financial Crime or Compliance domain and Agile delivery.



**Desirable Experience:**



* Case Management/Workflow automation experience.



* Skills in Identifying Problems, Data Analysis, Compliance, Agile, Workflow, Excel, and Trends.
