We are seeking compassionate and proactive Night Care Assistants who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we support. In this role, you will assist individuals in gaining greater independence in their daily routines while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Our residential service is a welcoming environment where no two days are alike. The individuals we support lead vibrant lives, engaging in various community activities. Your role will involve enhancing their lives by teaching essential life skills, assisting with personal care, and supporting daily tasks, including bedtime routines.

This position is ideal for someone eager to make a significant impact on another person's life, helping them build confidence and independence, whether it's preparing a meal or planning a holiday.

We prioritize finding Support Workers with the right experience and values. Therefore, candidates should possess a full UK driving licence due to limited public transport options, and demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and composure. Experience working with individuals with autism, mental health needs, and challenging behaviours is essential.
