Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

About the Role:

MKJ Ignite is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit a network of key influencers and content creators who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with these influencers, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote our brand.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of our influencer marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working in the FMCG or retail industry, preferably with a start-up or challenger brand.
  • Strong data analysis and numeracy skills, with the ability to interpret and act on campaign metrics.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000, depending on experience.
