Job Title: Management Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team at Keeler Recruitment. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with budget holders to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Lead the annual statutory accounts process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Use your expertise in Microsoft Excel to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures, ensuring best practices are followed.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to produce and present high-quality financial reports.
  • Experience supporting budget holders and delivering financial insights.
  • Previous experience leading the annual statutory accounts process.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for accounting.
  • Strong line management experience and excellent team player skills.
  • Experience with Xero Accounting and Inflo software (desirable).
