About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce UX/UI Designer to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, user-centered designs for our clients' Shopify websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Lead Designer to develop innovative and effective design solutions for our clients.
  • Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Participate in client workshops and meetings to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics to inform design decisions and measure performance.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to create conceptual designs that support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce design, gained through agency, in-house, or freelance work.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small team.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience with Shopify is highly desirable.
