Job Summary:
Barclay Meade is seeking a highly skilled Fulfillment Planner to join our supply chain team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our production planning and order management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and new orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contract review processes.
- Generate and manage works orders within the ERP system, ensuring efficient production planning and execution.
- Handle and resolve customer queries and escalations in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with production teams, supply chain, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery of products and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor production plan progress, identify potential shortages or bottlenecks, and communicate changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage KPIs related to on-time delivery and product lead times, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in supply chain, order management, customer service, production planning, or materials planning.
- Strong IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
