About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Home-based Talent Coordinator. As a key member of our People team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our employees have a positive experience while working with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
    • Support the People and Talent Partners with onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with the IT team to manage equipment and systems for joiners and leavers.
  • Employee Support
    • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries, such as leave requests or ad-hoc letter requests, escalating to the People Partner where necessary.
  • People Systems Administration
    • Owning the day-to-day administration of our People systems and tools, keeping employee information and documents up to date, and conducting regular audits of employee and department files to review data accuracy.
  • Talent Management
    • Supporting the Talent Partner with managing our ATS and the advertisement for open positions.
    • Effectively coordinating digital and in-person interviews for candidates across multiple open positions at the same time.
