Position Overview:


We are in search of a seasoned Electrical Project Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience in project oversight, specifically in the electrical domain.

The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in managing fast-paced healthcare projects and will be capable of guiding projects from conception to execution, working closely with our proficient labor teams and site supervisors.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all stages of electrical projects from initial planning to final execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
  • Team Management: Coordinate and lead our skilled labor teams and site supervisors to guarantee effective project implementation.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, especially in the healthcare sector, ensuring their requirements and expectations are fulfilled.
  • Site Monitoring: Regularly perform site inspections and meetings to assess project advancement, resolve any challenges, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Primarily office-based responsibilities from our headquarters, involving planning, coordination, and various administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in project management within the electrical sector, with a focus on healthcare projects.
  • Certifications: Must possess relevant electrical certifications.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Relevant electrical certifications and project management credentials are highly preferred.
