Senior Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Worker to join our Adult Locality Team at Haringey Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to improve their independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments, reviews, and support planning to empower residents to maximize their independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with adult clients, relatives, carers, and communities to facilitate informed decision-making and contribute to support planning.
- Liaise with colleagues across the Haringey health and social care partnership to gather relevant information for assessment and support planning activities.
- Undertake reviews of care packages and attend safeguarding strategy meetings as required.
- Complete Continuing Health Care checklists and identify those requiring full assessments.
- QSW Status, including qualification, Social Work England registration, and completed ASYE.
- Competitive referral scheme and double payrolls each week.
- Full registration with Remedy for all locum positions.
