Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the hospital grounds, including grass cutting, leaf clearance, and litter picking
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
  • Support the completion of PPM checks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Complete contractor paperwork and tool checks as required
  • Escort contractors on site and comply with security requirements
  • Review daily work sheets and prioritize tasks accordingly
