About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Positive Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Senior Positive Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans to promote positive behaviour and reduce challenging behaviour.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to individuals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on behaviour support techniques.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a behaviour support role, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of behaviour support principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
